General Description
The PULSAtron Series C Plus chemical metering pumps by Pulsafeeder are positive displacement, diaphragm-type pumps. The output volume can be adjusted from zero to maximum capacity during operation.
These pumps feature advanced guided check valves with innovative seat and ball designs, ensuring precise seating, excellent priming, and superior suction life. The timing circuit is highly reliable, designed to be largely unaffected by temperature, EMI, or other electrical disturbances. The Series C Plus pumps maintain their pressure and capacity specifications even during extended use, thanks to the high-quality solenoid and specially designed enclosure that effectively dissipates heat. These pumps are agency approved and water-resistant, making them ideal for both outdoor and indoor applications.

Pump Controls
The pump is equipped with two easily accessible dial knobs: one for adjusting stroke length and the other for adjusting stroke frequency. Both knobs are located opposite the liquid handling end.

Drive Assembly
The pump drive is fully enclosed with no exposed moving parts. The electronics are housed in a chemical-resistant enclosure at the rear of the pump, providing maximum protection against chemical spills. The average electrical power consumption is 50 Watts.

Materials of Construction
Refer to the specifications tab for details. The housing of the chemical metering pump is made from chemically resistant PBT thermoplastic, and all exposed fasteners are stainless steel. The valve seat and seal ring can be renewed by replacing the cartridge valve assembly.
