Return & Damage Policy
Damaged or Missing Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the shipment immediately.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, you must notify us within 10 days of the shipment date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier or manufacturer.
Please provide the following information when contacting Customer Service:
- Order number
- Model item
- Serial number (if applicable)
- Photos of the shipping box (showing at least two sides and the shipping label)
- A description of the damage

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the following conditions apply:
• Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning any item.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer’s return policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items generally cannot be returned:
Used or installed equipment
Special-order or custom products
Electrical components exposed to liquids
Chemical products
Manufacturer Warranty
Once equipment has been installed or used, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
Most metering pumps, controllers, and water treatment equipment include a manufacturer warranty of up to two years, though coverage varies by brand.
Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s service and inspection procedures.
