The PULSAtron Series C LC03SA-VHC1-F40 is a solenoid-driven diaphragm chemical dosing pump designed for accurate, low-to-medium flow applications. It operates using a positive displacement diaphragm mechanism with a guided check valve system, which improves priming performance and helps reduce backflow during chemical injection.
The VHC1 wet end configuration includes a PVC pump head, Hypalon® (CSPE) diaphragm, and ceramic valve components, providing reliable chemical compatibility for many commonly used water treatment chemicals. With a maximum capacity of 12 GPD at 80 PSI and a 115 VAC power supply, this model delivers stable and repeatable dosing for commercial and industrial systems.
In addition, the pump features dual manual control, allowing operators to independently adjust stroke length and stroke frequency. This design makes it easier to fine-tune the chemical feed rate and adapt dosing output to changing system requirements.
