General Description

The Pulsafeeder PULSAtron Series A Plus chemical metering pumps are positive displacement, diaphragm-type pumps. The output volume is adjustable while the pumps are in operation, ranging from zero to maximum capacity. Equipped with guided check valves and advanced seat and ball designs, they offer precise seating, excellent priming, and enhanced suction life characteristics. The highly reliable timing circuit is virtually unaffected by temperature, EMI, or other electrical disturbances. Even during extended use, the Series A Plus pumps maintain their specifications for both pressure and capacity, thanks to a high-quality solenoid and a specialized enclosure that efficiently dissipates heat. These pumps are agency-approved and water-resistant, making them suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications.

Pump Controls

Adjustment is easy through accessible dial knobs: one to change stroke length and another to adjust stroke frequency. Both controls are located opposite the liquid handling end for user convenience.

Drive Assembly

The pump drive is fully enclosed with no exposed moving parts. Electronics are housed in a chemical-resistant enclosure at the rear for maximum protection against chemical spillage. The average electrical power consumption is 50 Watts.
