In addition, the multi-layer PTFE-faced diaphragm resists aggressive chemicals and extends service life. Multiple sealing beads reduce the risk of leaks. The advanced double-seal diaphragm system, which includes a secondary O-ring and retention plate, improves hydrostatic protection and prevents chemical spray. As a result, operators gain safer and more dependable performance.

Moreover, the double-barrier check valve assembly enhances leak resistance. Spherically balanced check valves maintain steady flow, reduce turbulence, and improve solids handling. The soft-seated O-ring valve design also improves priming and lowers operating noise in challenging applications.

The compact, fully sealed gearbox protects internal components from contamination and reduces maintenance. Oversized bearings extend motor and gear life. The auto-locking stroke adjustment keeps flow settings secure during operation without the need for secondary locking devices.

With ±2% accuracy of set point and a 10:1 turndown ratio, these pumps deliver precise chemical dosing for demanding industrial applications.

Designed for flexibility, they support suction lift up to 10 ft (3 m) and handle viscosities up to 1,000 cps. Modular threaded and flanged connections, including standard FNPT and ANSI flanged options, allow easy integration into industrial systems.

Wet end materials are available in PVDF with Viton and PTFE O-rings or 316L stainless steel with PTFE O-rings for enhanced chemical resistance.
