This Koflo 3/4 inch static mixer features six fixed Koflo Blade™ mixing elements inside a Schedule 40 clear PVC housing. As fluid passes through the 9-inch mixer, the blades split and rotate the flow. Consequently, the mixer produces a uniform solution while keeping pressure loss low.
The mixing elements are permanently edge-sealed to the inside of the pipe. Therefore, fluid cannot bypass the blades during operation. This design improves mixing performance and strengthens the mixer for long-term service.
