General Description
The Pulsafeeder CHEM-TECH Prime Performance Series chemical metering pumps are positive displacement, diaphragm-type pumps that feature built-in head degassing. These pumps are equipped with a specially designed degassing valve system, making them ideal for handling off-gassing chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite. A top-mounted, one-way vent valve assembly removes gas bubbles from the pump head, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The output volume can be adjusted while the pump is in use, ranging from zero to maximum capacity. With motorized-diaphragm technology, the CHEM-TECH Prime Performance Series offers consistent performance and long-lasting reliability. This series is designed for quiet, efficient metering over extended periods, all in a compact form factor.
Pump Controls
Adjustment is by means of readily accessible lockable dial knob for changing stroke length. The knob is located opposite the liquid handling end.
Drive Assembly
The pump drive is totally enclosed with no exposed moving parts. A tried-and-true electric motor transfers power via a sealed gearbox and eccentric cam for smooth, reliable dosing.
Materials of Construction
See Specifications tab. The compact, injection-molded housing and pump head offer both affordability and chemical resistance. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel. Valve seat and seals are renewable by replacement.
