General Description

The Pulsafeeder PULSAtron Series A Plus chemical metering pumps are positive displacement, diaphragm-type pumps designed for precise chemical dosing. The output volume can be adjusted while the pump is in operation, ranging from zero to maximum capacity. These pumps are equipped with guided check valves, featuring state-of-the-art seat and ball designs that ensure precise seating, excellent priming, and long suction life. The timing circuit is highly reliable, virtually unaffected by temperature, EMI, and other electrical disturbances. The Series A Plus pumps continue to perform reliably for extended use, thanks to a high-quality solenoid and a special enclosure that effectively dissipates heat. These pumps are agency-approved and water-resistant, making them suitable for both demanding outdoor and indoor applications.

Pump Controls

Adjustment is simple with readily accessible dial knobs: one for adjusting stroke length and the other for adjusting stroke frequency. Both knobs are conveniently located opposite the liquid handling end.

Drive Assembly

The pump drive is completely enclosed with no exposed moving parts. The electronics are housed in a chemical-resistant enclosure at the rear of the pump, offering maximum protection against chemical spillage. The average electrical power consumption is 50 Watts.
