Program Design

We can help you design and test an effective chemical wastewater treatment program. To begin an effective study, please contact us to initiate the process.

WE WILL NOT accept wastewater samples without first discussing the application and then determining a time and method of delivery.

We will need the following to begin our analysis. We must have the following information, prior to bench studies, to properly design a program:

Line diagram outlining the waste treatment application
• Wastewater Equipment (Furthest Upstream to Furthest Downstream)--type and location in process (i.e. clarifier, tanks, pumps, polyblends, mixers, etc w/ size or capacity)
• Chemical feed points (into fast or slow mix)
• Chemical Pump Capacity and speed/stroke settings
• Flow Rates
• Hours of operation
• Continuous or Batch Treatment
• Parameters you are trying to achieve to meet your permit (ie.. BOD, TSS, pH, Heavy Metals, etc.)
• Current chemical program involved and current dosage (gallons or mL per min or PPM)

Click on the example below to see a perfect format to follow—hand-drawn is just fine. You may call us to first discuss the application and we can ask you pertinent questions to help you.
