Arsenic Removal
On January 22, 2001 the EPA adopted an arsenic standard, of 10 PPB Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL), for drinking water that public water systems must comply by January 23, 2006. This is a result of The Safe Drinking Water Act amended by Congress in 1996.
